CATEGORY & CRITERIA

Most Transformational M&A Deal

This award recognizes M&A activity that delivers lasting, positive change - not just financial gain. It celebrates deals that transform businesses by enhancing efficiency, culture, operations, or customer experience.

Entrants should explain the rationale behind the deal (acquisition, merger, takeover, or disposal), and how they ensured long-term value creation.

Judges will look for evidence of thoughtful integration across financial, operational, cultural, and customer-facing dimensions.

Best Advisor

This category honours the vital role of high-quality advice in successful organisational transformation. Open to consultancies or sole advisors across any business discipline – such as operations, marketing, tech, people, data, or change – all entries must include written support from any clients mentioned in detail.

Entrants should clearly describe their role, the support provided, their guiding philosophy, and the impact on the client(s). Submissions may focus on a single client or multiple organisations.

Best Global Transformation

Entries are welcomed in this category from organisations which are headquartered outside the UK and do not have significant UK operations.

Entrants should explain the rationale for their transformation, the changes made (e.g., tech, culture, function, brand), and provide clear evidence of how it has advanced their mission and key performance indicators over time.

Winning or being shortlisted is more than recognition. It’s a signal of credibility, influence, and transformative leadership in today’s evolving business environment.
