Elixirr and Thatcham Research have joined forces to launch the Value Optimiser initiative - a strategic, data-driven approach designed to unlock the full potential of Thatcham’s automotive risk intelligence. Thatcham Research, the UK’s sole not-for-profit, insurer-funded automotive research centre, provides critical insights into vehicle safety, crash testing, and repair methodologies. However, as automotive technology rapidly evolves, member insurers have faced challenges in fully utilising these insights.
In response, Elixirr leveraged its global consulting expertise to design a bespoke programme to unlock the potential of Thatcham’s data and Insights. The first stage was a targeted online survey, aimed at key personnel within Thatcham’s member organisations, which captured vital data regarding current product usage, challenges, and areas of opportunity. The resulting insights formed the basis for a series of interactive workshops where senior representatives from Thatcham, member insurers, and Elixirr collaborated to co-create actionable strategies.
Elixirr’s tailored advisory support focused on translating survey insights into practical improvements in underwriting, pricing, and claims management.
