Over nine years, RS and Discovery have built a behavioural and leadership development engine from the ground up, rooted in diagnostic Talent Centres, tailored learning pathways, and recurring development cycles. More than 270 employees have been through the programme, with individual progress, cultural alignment, and commercial impact tracked and refined at every stage.

The results speak for themselves: within 18 months, RS returned to double-digit growth, sustained over four years. Talent Centre data shows 62% of delegates improved their performance, over half moved to higher competency bands, and those completing Discovery programmes recorded major gains in commercial and execution capability.

Employee engagement reached record highs, 94% rated the programme ‘excellent’, and sales teams are now empowered to think strategically, act consultatively, and perform commercially.
