Transforming Vacherin from corporate caterer into relationship booster

The Clearing

Client: Vacherin

Our rebrand for Vacherin, London’s boutique corporate hospitality partner, wasn’t about plating it up nicely. It was a strategic repositioning to secure its future in a world where workplace dining expectations have changed forever.

The pandemic shifted how companies think about food — from something functional to something cultural. Hospitality is now a lever for productivity, belonging and reputation. Rising costs and new preferences made the market tougher, but for Vacherin this was an opportunity: to lead, not follow.

Together we built a unifying brand platform — “Feed real connections” — that reframed food from what’s on the plate to what it makes possible: relationships, creativity and culture.

We created an identity that felt less like a corporate caterer, more like a high-end restaurant. Elegant typography, candid photography and characterful illustration elevated Vacherin above sector clichés. A new tone of voice told genuine stories of people connecting over food, not just menus and ingredients.

The impact has been transformative: website visits up 107%, sales enquiries up 15%, a qualified pipeline that more than doubled, and a 66% uplift in job applications.

Vacherin is no longer another caterer in a crowded market. It’s the go-to partner for London’s leading firms.
