Vroom Brand Transformation
Luna 9
Client: VROOM Digital
Vroom is a high-performing digital marketing agency with global ambitions, but their brand had not kept up. It no longer reflected their quality, personality or potential. In competitive pitch environments, it wasn’t telling the right story or opening the right doors.
Working closely with Luna 9, Vroom undertook a full strategic rebrand. The goal was to build a visual and verbal identity that reflected who they really were, gave the team the tools to win the room, and helped the agency compete at a higher level.
The strategy was built around insight and alignment, from workshops to competitor analysis, and focused on authenticity, differentiation and cohesion across every touchpoint. The result was a bold new identity, a clear positioning, and a complete messaging system shaped around a ‘trusted guide’ persona.
Colm the space pigeon became a memorable, ownable brand character, bringing personality and depth to a system designed to scale. His story formed the centrepiece of a broader creative world rooted in digital discovery. The rebrand extended across all key assets, including a redesigned website, pitch materials and internal tools.
The impact was immediate. Vroom saw a 34% uplift in target client acquisition within three months. More importantly, they were invited into higher-calibre RFPs, converted faster, and stood out more clearly in the market. Internally, the team reported greater pride and alignment. The rebrand became a platform for Vroom’s next phase of growth.
They are now, in their own words, “remembered, chosen, and recommended.”
